• Patient’s location (Local, Regional, or International)

• Complexity and urgency of the matter

• Time and effort required

• Level of expertise involved

The final fee will be confirmed in writing before the prescription is provided, and no additional charges will be applied without consent.

Standard Care Sessions
For patients seeking effective homoeopathic treatment with structured follow-up:

• Initial / First Consultation Session:

  • Indians: Per session ₹2,000 and above (up to maximum fee as per case complexity)

  • NRI/Outside India: Per session $100 and above (up to maximum fee as per case complexity)

• Follow-up Consultation Session:

  • Indians: Per session ₹1,500 and above (up to maximum fee as per case complexity)

  • NRI/Outside India: Per session $75 and above (up to maximum fee as per case complexity)

Exclusive Care Sessions
For patients desiring personalized, priority-based care with global access to Dr. Vaidya’s expertise:

• Initial / First Consultation Session:

  • Indians: ₹15,000 and above (up to maximum fee as per case complexity)

  • NRI/Outside India: $250 and above (up to maximum fee as per case complexity)

• Follow-up Consultation Session:

  • Indians: ₹10,000 and above (up to maximum fee as per case complexity)

  • NRI/Outside India: $150 and above (up to maximum fee as per case complexity)

• Annual Retainer Package: Starting from $5,000 (up to maximum fee as per individual arrangement; includes unlimited access to sessions, priority scheduling, and continuous guidance)

Additional Terms:

1. Fees for NRI/Outside India are charged in USD as per the current bank transfer rate at the time of payment.

2. Sessions are subject to reasonable scheduling and availability. Excessive requests may be reviewed individually.

3. A follow-up session addresses ongoing management of the same condition(s) treated in the initial consultation. New, unrelated conditions may require a separate initial consultation.

4. Priority scheduling, virtual sessions, and dedicated support are only applicable to Exclusive Care.

5. No discounts or borrowing allowed.

6. No refunds or cancellations are allowed.
